I found out your cfg to be very confusing, partly. No offence. But I liked that you have filled information after cvars as good as you know. This helps people, if they want to test some other options with them.

Althought, there are a lot of cvars what I haven't seen before, but after few quick googles, I found out that there are some NQ mod cvars mixed to this cfg, which you don't even know yourself what they do :)But also some old cvars, relics, what doesn't exist in ET, as you have written in some. I'm not going to list all of them here, cos it would take a weekend to find out correct answers, but there are few cvars which information I would like to fulfill as I know them:

seta cpu_Affinity "0" // obsolete? : Yes. Server side cvar from NQ, but cos of old game engine (q3) which ET uses, it can't take advantage from multi-core prosessors which this cvar is pointing. So I don't have a clue, why such of cvar even exists.

seta cg_bloodFlash "0" // obsolete? : Not obsolete. If 1, when you get hit, your screen have red flash. Not recommended to use it though.

seta cg_hud "" // ? : Name of the HUD you are using. E.g in silEnT, there are in-game HUD editor and the name of the HUD can be set here.

seta cg_drawCrosshairHP "0" // ? : When set 1, textual HP will be drawn instead of the healthbar when aiming at someone.

seta cg_locations "3" // ? : When set 0 (Display only X,Y coordinates), 1 (Display only location name, if map have them), 2 (Display X,Y coordinate and location name).

seta r_finish "0" // waits for gl_finish() at frame end : Vsync. Set 0 OFF, 1 ON. Needs vid_restart if changed.

seta r_wolffog "0" // draws fog : Yes, but can only set from server side.

seta r_drawfoliage "0" // draws grass : Yes, but can only set from server side.

seta scr_conspeed "9999999" // speed of the console to show up : New to me. Thanks for this tip. Seems that default is set 3, but after put it higher, console opens few milliseconds faster Smile

I dont think thats true, I think I once tried it out and nothing changed.

This does nothing in NQ as you cant change your hud like in silEnT, but good to know.

This didnt work in NQ either.

No, its not vsync, vsync is r_swapinterval.

Well that explain why there are many NQ cvars also. I have never played that mod so often, that I would like use time for make cfg for it. So that's why I have no clue about NQ mod cvars Smile

I just tested it, and my screen gets red when enemy shoots me. Dunno, if it need some other cvar to activate this, but I don't have any other blood cvars set on and it still worked fine, so have to say, try again.

I think this is silEnT mod cvar, so probably that's why it doesn't work in NQ.

You mean in fireteam chat?
Yes, in fire team chat, fire team members screen if you are part of one and also in team chat if you use build-in voice commands e.g Incoming! Clear the path! etc. But like I wrote there before, locations only works if they're added to the map. Some custom maps don't have locations database in it's pk3 file. Though server owners can add them to own .pk3 file and distribute to players if want to enable locations in maps which don't have them original map .pk3 file. Called loc_override.dat file.

This was interesting and have to admit that I was wrong. It's r_swapinterval 1 which enables Vsync. I have always though that r_finish is for Vsync. I use hardware based Vsync so, never tested actually. Why I though it would be is because when r_finish is set 1, it changes Sync Every Frame value to Yes in in-game graphics settings. But now I tested it and it made terrible screen tearing for me, so dunno what for this is. Maybe for some old ATI card setting like many other in r_ cvars Smile

r_finish is a sync but its a sync for opengl functions, setting to 0 might increase fps by 1-2 frames but keeping at 1 will give less fluctuations. Its to do with glfinish which is basically called every frame if enabled.
